Hello, Fellow Learning Futurists 👋

It’s great to have you here.

It’s been another major month in the world of AI & education. Since the last edition of Learning Futures:

  • OpenAI have implied they will create a ChatGPT assistant for every worker, including teachers.

  • Google has launched a "Machine Un-Learning" project, with potentially game-changing implications for the education sector.

  • Google has also made some predictions on the initial economic impact of AI on the education sector (spoiler: it’s pretty radical).

  • The UK Higher Ed sector has created a set of guiding principles on the use of generative AI, marking a significant gear change in favour of AI.

As ever, in this month’s digest I’ll share my reflections on what these developments mean for the world of education to help keep you ahead of the AI-education curve.

Let’s go! 🚀
